SITE Canada depends on the generous support of our members, partners, colleagues and supporters to contribute to our live or silent auctions that enable us to fund SITE Canada initiatives and support local charities in our community. We have donated a portion of the proceeds from various fundraising efforts to the following in the past several years: Anduhyaun, Canadian Red Cross, KidSport, LOFT, Yellow Brick House and more.

We have two key fundraising events: The SITE Summer Social – new date for 2018 - June 6, 2018, and the SITE Canada Golf Tournament - August 13, 2018 for which we are seeking donations. Our two signature fundraising events are sell-out successes year after year and are both excellent opportunities to get exposure for your company.

In the past, the social and golf committees would reach out to request auction items independently for each other. In 2018, SITE Canada is taking a consolidated approach in our quest for donations to ensure you, our valued supporter, does not receive multiple requests from various committee members throughout the year. With this in mind, we are reaching out to ask how you might like to be involved this year in these events. We are seeking both live and silent auction items for our annual fundraising efforts and your continued support would be most appreciated.

Silent Auction (Summer Social Only):
Continuing the tradition of offering exceptional auction items to our event attendees, SITE Canada is accepting everything from hotel stays to gift baskets, theatre or sporting event tickets, to the latest in technology, with our thanks. Get creative and submit a package that will really get people excited!
By donating an inspiring auction item, your brand will get noticed by industry decision-makers and highlighted during the event.

Donor Exposure

• Auction donations are listed on www.SITEcanada.org prior to the event. This listing is promoted in the SITE Canada emails and event reminders driving online traffic to the list.
• All silent auction items will be listed on our online app for the event allowing for greater promotion and more attendee viewing of your donation than ever before.

Live Auction (Summer Social or Golf Tournament):

• Donate a major prize package and get major exposure! 
• Our live auctions focus on trip packages and must include transportation (air, rail, etc.) to the destination, accommodation, upgrades and extra value-added features that make live auction items much sought after!
• Have your destination featured in the spotlight – live auction prizes are showcased prominently from the stage at the event and are auctioned off by a professional auctioneer. 
• *Please note the decision as to whether a prize is suitable or will be included in the live auctions is solely at the discretion of SITE Canada.
