Come Celebrate the Season

Join friends and colleagues to celebrate the holiday season and toast yet another successful year for the Site Canada chapter.

The InterContinental Toronto Centre will host our annual gathering at the spacious Azure Restaurant & Bar. Enjoy light appetizers and come prepared to buy some raffle tickets for our holiday raffle to raise funds for our chosen charity, Childhood Cancer Canada.

Special Valet Parking Rate: $15.00.  A voucher for the special valet parking rate must be picked up at the event registration table.

Cost:

Members on or before November 28:  $45.00 plus HST
Members after November 28:              $55.00 plus HST

Non-members before November 28:   $65.00 plus HST
Non-members after November 28:      $75.00 plus HST

Raffle Prize Donations: We are looking for donations for prizes.  If you have something you would like to donate please contact the Site Canada office at 905-812-7483.  It's good exposure for your company and all proceeds from this raffle will go towards Childhood Cancer Canada.

Special Room Rate at the InterContinental Toronto Centre: A "Courtesy Block" booking of guestrooms for Site Canada attendees, has been reserved at a special rate of $85.00 per night, plus 13% taxes for (single/double occupancy) in Superior and Deluxe guestrooms.

Kindly note the Above Rates are:

•    Subject to 13% (HST) Harmonized Sales Tax
•    Net non-commissionable
•    Quoted in Canadian funds and on a per room, per night basis.
•    Subject to a $30.00 charge for each additional adult over double occupancy, to a maximum of three persons per room.

The Hotel will continue to accept reservations provided there is availability. The Hotel agrees to hold the rate for the guestrooms until November 15, 2012 or until Superior/Deluxe rooms are sold out. The Hotel will continue to accept reservations from Holiday Social guests after this date, however rooms will be subject to availability and prevailing rates. Any reservation failing to materialize and not cancelled a minimum 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night's room and tax to the credit card provided.  ROOMS MUST BE BOOKED DIRECTLY THROUGH THE INTERCONTINENTAL TORONTO CENTRE.  (416) 597-1400
