SITE Canada is proud to present its second Young Leader Masterclass! This is part of a series of 3 virtual events that young professionals in the incentive travel industry, or students interested in a career in incentive travel may attend. Young Leaders have less than five years industry experience and are under 35 years of age. This event will be an excellent opportunity to learn some new skills and connect with fellow Young Leaders.

About our speakers:

Lindsey Oram
Manager HR Planning, Nova Scotia Community College
Lindsey began her career as a language instructor in Japan, she returned to her native Canada in 1995 and worked in various companies with a main focus on executive search for almost 6 years. In 2003 Lindsey joined NSCC as Manager for HR Planning where she is responsible for several project teams, HR consulting and recruiting. She created a mission-driven strategy plan and assists with workforce management for 5 Deans and 10 Principals.

Patricia Kerr
AVP, Meeting & Event Planning, Nationwide Insurance

Patricia is an accomplished meetings and events professional, she started her career in 1996 as a Senior Conference Consultant in Manulife Financial. She became Director of Meetings and Recognition services in 2003 and was promoted several times during her successful tenure of 17 years at Manulife. In 2014, Patricia joined the US-based Nationwide Insurance where she is currently AVP of Meeting & Event Planning. Patricia has also served as Association President at the Financial & Insurance Conference Planners (FICP).
